1 1/4" FT-Series Float and Thermostatic Steam Traps

Description

The FT Series steam traps are designed to handle operating pressures up to 75 PSIG. These float and thermostatic traps are ideal for low-pressure HVAC systems and light industrial process applications, including use in unit heaters, water heaters, pressing machines, heat exchangers, and coils. For drip applications such as draining steam mains and steam supply lines. With excellent air-handling capability, F&T traps offer a better alternative to Inverted Bucket traps in most process applications. Additionally, the FT Series features a dual inlet-outlet H-pattern connection, providing greater installation flexibility.

Features

• Welded stainless steel thermostatic air vent resists shock from waterhammer.
• H-pattern design allows piping from either side of the steam trap there are two inlet ports at top and two outlet ports at bottom.
• In-line repairable all internals are attached to cover.
• F&T traps have excellent air handling capability allows air to be discharged rapidly and steam to enter he system quickly during start-up
